RF/microwave test equipment for C-UAS RDT&E, Indigenous set-aside.
The National Research Council of Canada's Aerospace Research Centre (NRC-AER) requires advanced RF and microwave test and measurement instruments to support research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) for Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS). The equipment will be used at the RF EW laboratory at the Drone and Flight Autonomy Laboratory in Mirabel, Quebec. This procurement is set aside for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), and only invited Indigenous suppliers may bid. Delivery is required by March 31, 2027. Award will be based on lowest price, with separate contracts per item.
