VA seeks grounds maintenance for St. Louis health care facility.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 15, is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at the Jefferson Barracks Division of the VA St. Louis Health Care System in Saint Louis, Missouri. The contract will cover mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weed control, leaf removal, and snow/ice removal for approximately 50 acres of grounds. The contractor must have experience in large-scale grounds maintenance and comply with VA security and safety requirements. The contract period is one base year plus four option years, with an estimated value between $100,000 and $1 million.
