Meter Verification Goods and Services

Yorkshire Water seeks to establish a contract for the provision of meter verification goods and services to support its Clean Water Networks operations. The scope includes supply, hire, installation, deployment, verification, calibration, monitoring, maintenance, and retrieval of portable flow metering equipment, along with associated technical services for accurate flow measurement, network monitoring, leakage management, and regulatory compliance. Services also cover data collection, validation, reporting, meter repair, equipment maintenance, battery management, and inventory management. Suppliers must provide qualified personnel for site surveys, installation of clamp-on and insertion flow meters, insertion probe installations, work on live water mains, confined space working, and traffic management. The contract is for an initial 3-year term with a possible 2-year extension, awarded to up to two suppliers (primary and secondary).
