BOP seeks RRC services in Williamsport, PA for federal offender reentry.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a contractor to operate a Residential Reentry Center (RRC) within or near Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The RRC will provide residential housing, supervision, and reentry services for adult male and female federal offenders. Services include intake, orientation, counseling, employment assistance, substance abuse treatment, and life skills training. The contractor must comply with Bureau of Prisons standards and provide a facility with a minimum of 50 beds. The contract is for a base year plus four option years.
