The contractor will provide all labor, parts, and materials to maintain autoclaves in optimal condition, including scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and compliance with manufacturer specifications. This is a sources sought notice for market research; no contract will be awarded directly. Interested vendors must demonstrate capability to service DVR autoclaves and provide references. The period of performance is anticipated to be one base year plus four option years.
