Cycle training services for levels 1-3 in Wales.
Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council seek a company or organization with necessary accreditation, skills, and expertise to set up, organize, deliver, monitor, and evaluate cycle training to BikeAbility Wales National Standards Cycle Training levels 1, 2, and 3. The contract runs from 1 October until 31 March 2027 with an option to extend for up to 3 further years, subject to Welsh Government funding. The scheme is fully funded by Welsh Government on a yearly basis, with independent bids submitted annually by each authority. Bidders must have relevant accreditation and experience in cycle training delivery.
