NIH seeks PFAS analysis of 1,000 serum samples via LC-MS/MS.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), specifically the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), seeks a contractor to analyze per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in samples from the HOPE 1000 study. The contractor must measure 40 PFAS analytes in 1,000 human serum samples using LC-MS/MS, with a limit of detection of 0.1 ng/mL. The work includes sample preparation, analysis, data reporting, and quality control. The contractor must have ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and experience with PFAS analysis in human serum. The period of performance is 12 months from award. This is a small business set-aside.
