The procurement covers design, configuration, and implementation of the CRM, knowledge transfer for internal capability uplift, incremental delivery starting with Centralised Interaction Management for learner communications, and support for a future CRM roadmap. Respondents must demonstrate proven experience delivering CRM projects of comparable scale and complexity. This is a Registration of Interest (ROI) as the first step in a multi-step process.
