Interim extension for nutrition products until new tender in 2026.
The East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative (EMPC) is extending existing agreements for adult and paediatric nutrition products on an interim basis until a new competitive tender is published in summer 2026. The current contract expires on 31 July 2026, and the extension is necessary to maintain continuity of patient care. The new procurement will include premarket engagement. The contract has been awarded to B Braun Medical Ltd, Baxter Healthcare Ltd, Fresenius Kabi Ltd, and ITH Pharma Ltd.
