Construction of sports hall, teaching spaces, and landscaping at Barnfield College.
West Herts College is procuring the final phase of its Barnfield Campus masterplan. Phase 3 involves constructing a two-storey concrete/steel frame building with a four-court sports hall, changing facilities, social and gym spaces, and teaching areas on both floors. The project also includes associated external works, drainage, and feature fencing linking Phase 2 and 3. The approximate gross internal floor area is 2,587 m². This is an open procedure tender for construction services.
