RFI for defence expert analysis and assistance services in Canada.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking information from suppliers capable of providing professional services in support of the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS) and other strategic defence activities, programs, and projects. The potential scope includes management consulting, project/program management, business analysis, financial or HR advice, change management, and policy/strategic advice. Canada may extend services to assist other defence programs via the Defence Investment Agency (DIA). The new Buy Canadian Procurement Policy Framework requires prioritization of Canadian firms. This RFI is for information gathering only; no commitment to procure.
