The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure seeks a main contractor for the refurbishment and fit-out of the school hall at Devonport Primary School in Auckland, New Zealand. The project includes renovation of hall bathrooms, adjacent store room, and kitchen areas, with some exterior works at the back of the bathroom block. The school serves students in years 1 through 6 and is one of Auckland's oldest schools, founded in 1870. Site visits are not permitted during this ROI stage. The scope is based on concept design drawings by Fat Parrot Architecture.
