Leases of temporary accommodation at LHA rates.
Erewash Borough Council is procuring leases of temporary accommodation to provide housing for households in need. The rent charged to licensees will be at the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate, which is claimed back through the Housing Benefits system for eligible households. Rents set at LHA remain affordable even for those not qualifying for housing benefit. The procurement is below the threshold and covers the United Kingdom.
