Parks Canada is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the des Seigneurs Bridge (Bridge No. 3) over the Lachine Canal in Montreal's Sud-Ouest Borough. The work includes replacing the bridge deck with a steel orthotropic deck, rehabilitating the cycling path and sidewalk, strengthening structural steel components, repairing abutments, repainting the superstructure, and implementing traffic management measures. The project is estimated between $2.5M and $5M (taxes extra). Bids must be submitted via fax or email to a specified address; in-person or courier bids are not accepted. The procurement prioritizes Canadian suppliers and includes criteria for Indigenous participation.
