Evaluate Torus Foundation's community impact and SROI.
Torus Foundation seeks an evaluation partner to independently assess its impact across Torus neighbourhoods and communities from April 2023 to March 2026. The partner will determine Social Return on Investment, advise on data collection and outcomes, benchmark good practices, and recommend improvements. The contract runs from June 2026 for about 7 months. SMEs are encouraged to apply.
