Watermain replacement in confined tunnels at Esquimalt Graving Dock.
PSPC requires replacement of the Dock Tunnel watermain at Esquimalt Graving Dock (EGD) in Victoria, BC. The project includes removal of the existing watermain and installation of a larger one in confined-space service tunnels, along with associated connections. Additional work includes replacing a section of sanitary main, upgrading firefighting connections, rerouting a compressed air line, and installing SCADA-linked monitoring instrumentation. The contract must be completed within 38 weeks, including all labour, materials, and equipment.
