Dunedin City Council seeks experts for 5-year engineering panel.
Dunedin City Council (DCC) is establishing a new panel, Te Paewhiri Mātanga (The Expert Panel), for long-term engineering and specialist support services. The panel will replace the expiring LTES panel (contract 7860) and will have an initial term of 5 years. DCC seeks experienced consultants and specialists to support delivery of its Long-Term Plan commitments across all technical groups. Key objectives include rationalizing supplier numbers, improving scoping accuracy, enhancing the operating model, ensuring better reporting and accountability, achieving value for money, and maintaining competitive tension. Suppliers not aligned with DCC's LTP commitments or who do not benefit from participation are discouraged.
