External quality assessment of HICC's audit and evaluation functions.
The Health Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Canada (HICC) seeks an external assessor to evaluate its internal audit function and evaluation function for conformance with the Policy on Internal Audit, Directive on Internal Audit, IIA International Professional Practices Framework, and the Policy on Results. The assessment covers the entire spectrum of audit and consulting work, including resources, activities, and processes. The evaluation component will assess project management and recommend integration opportunities. The external assessor should build on the last external practice inspection from FY 2021-22. The contract is a RFP against a Supply Arrangement for audit services.
