VA seeks fire damper inspection and repair at Togus Medical Center.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 01, intends to solicit a contract for fire and smoke damper inspection and repair services at the Togus VA Medical Center in Maine. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform annual inspections, testing, and necessary repairs of fire and smoke dampers in accordance with NFPA 80 and NFPA 105 standards. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a base year and four option years. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have relevant experience in fire damper inspection and repair. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about April 1, 2026, with a response date of April 15, 2026.
