Wales-specific framework for social housing decarbonisation and planned works.
Procurement for Housing (PfH) Cymru is establishing a Wales-specific framework for decarbonisation, retrofit, and planned works in the social housing sector. The framework is divided into 12 lots covering solar, insulation, heat pumps, full retrofit, kitchens/bathrooms, roofing, windows/doors, and whole property planned works, with two value bands and two regions. Suppliers can apply for both regions but only one value band per lot pair. PfH is a national procurement consortium supporting over 90% of UK social housing stock, and the framework aims to help members achieve efficiency savings. The number of suppliers per lot/region is anticipated in the documentation, with PfH reserving the right to adjust awards based on bids.
