It is issued by the Government Commercial Agency in the United Kingdom and will replace RM6290 Executive Search. Core services include buyer planning, candidate identification, assessment, and appointment; non-core services include strategy, talent development, talent mapping, and international recruitment. New non-core services include psychometric analysis and market mapping. The framework is open to public sector buyers across the UK.
