Managed training services call-off for Housing Ombudsman.
The Housing Ombudsman is procuring managed training services through a call-off from the ESPO383.25 framework. The selected Managed Service Provider (MSP) will handle all training requirements, managing a supply chain of training suppliers. The MSP must provide costed options for training delivery, either through its own services or via mini-competitions among framework suppliers. This is a direct award under Lot 1 of the framework, covering comprehensive training management services for the buyer.
