Jisc seeks reseller for Adobe ETLA renewals under SLRA Lot 2a.
Jisc is procuring Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) renewals under Lot 2a of the Software License Resellers Agreement (SLRA). A further competition was issued to all resellers on this lot, closing July 7, 2026. The contract value is an estimated cumulative figure for all orders placed by Jisc members and customers over the agreement lifetime. The successful reseller will act as a pass-through, accepting orders from Jisc, placing corresponding orders with Adobe, invoicing Jisc, and paying Adobe; no value-add or interaction with institutions is required. The contract term is 1 year initial plus two 12-month extension options (1+1+1).
