VA seeks sources for ERP follow-on to ITSM system.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, NJ is seeking sources for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as a follow-on to an existing ITSM solution. The procurement aims to acquire a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) ERP solution that can support VA's IT service management needs, including asset management, configuration management, and service desk functions. Vendors must demonstrate experience with large-scale federal ERP deployments and compliance with VA security requirements.
