The Government Accountability Office (GAO) is soliciting testing services for infant formula under the STAA program. The contractor will perform laboratory analysis to ensure formula compliance with nutritional and safety standards. Requirements include ISO 17025 accreditation and experience with FDA-regulated products. The contract is set aside for small businesses. Performance will be in Washington, DC, with a base period of one year plus four option years.
