The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure seeks a main contractor for reroofing and associated upgrades at Korokoro School in Wellington. The project involves removing existing metal roofing and underlay, supplying and installing new metal roofing on vented battens, and replacing flashings, spouting, and downpipes for Blocks A, B, M, and CR. Work must be carried out under a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) with appropriate edge protection and scaffolding. The school will remain operational during construction. The contract is a turnkey project with a targeted start in July 2026 and completion by August 2026, using an MOE Medium Works contract. Bidders must complete the Request for Tender, Form of Tender Parts A and B, Schedule of Prices, and scoping documents.
