NOE CPC intends to establish an open framework for ICT products and services, covering non-clinical hardware, software, and services, for the NHS and wider UK public sector. The framework is designed to be accessible to all supplier types including OEMs, VARs, SMEs, and large enterprises. This preliminary market engagement notice invites potential bidders to review the proposed strategy and provide feedback before the tender notice is issued. Suppliers are encouraged to register on the Central Digital Platform and indicate which solution categories they intend to bid for. The framework will be procured under the Procurement Act 2023 using the open competitive procedure.
